We can appreciate our Client’s actual business requirements as we face the same technology and resourcing issues in our own business activities. Additionally, having serviced the Australian IT market for almost 12 years, we have an intimate understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
As an operational ERP Consultancy, we combine our experience across technology and business processes with our unique ability to recruit, introduce and place highly skilled, pre-qualified IT consultants.
We provide our customers with a number of different engagement options:
- Group and Project hires – IBT will assess your requirements and present a qualified project team.
- Full-time employment - Candidates are employed directly by the client for a one off payment. No search fees are charged.
- Contract - Candidates are employed by IBT but are on site for a specified period of time from 1 week to 2 years. IBT inducts, trains, and bears all costs for the candidate. This option provides clients with the best of both worlds by reducing the overall cost-to-hire.
- Part-time - Candidates are supplied on an ad-hoc basis at a rate per hour or day.
