Recruitment Services
The IBT Resourcing Practice, launched in 2007 encompasses Contractor Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment Services. IBT’s Consultancy Practice has enjoyed a high level of success over the past 14 years (see case studies) and can now boast a thriving Resourcing vertical. This has come about as a result of concentrated efforts in the areas of ERP Projects, Support, Applications, Development and more recently, Infrastructure requirements.
We have differentiated ourselves from traditional Body Shop agencies by:
- Maintaining an exceptional level of domain knowledge across ERP applications such as Oracle, PeopleSoft & SAP.
- Offering a flat 15% margin on all hires, thus removing the confusion and unpredictability around costing models that mass market recruiters use.
- Implementing flexible and customer-specific engagement models on a Client by Client basis.
Across Contractor engagements, all IBT Contractors will be supported by the collective IP held by the “IBT Brains Trust” which comprises our four original Directors. These four industry experts collectively boast over 70 years experience and will provide support to any active IBT contractor, should the need arise. Put simply, you are not only engaging a contractor, you are engaging the entirety of IBT's extensive Knowledge and Experience.
We are all about partnerships and believe that there are no resourcing challenges that cannot be resolved through high levels of Client engagement and service coupled with diligent back-end resourcing. We are proud of our success and are keen to show you how this can help you.
As an operational ERP Consultancy, we combine our experience across technology and business processes with our unique ability to recruit, introduce and place highly skilled, pre-qualified IT consultants. Chances are we will know the candidate we are proposing from past engagements and if not we will assess them against our long and consistent track record. This will result in the right resource for your business not just a resume that looks like the right resource.
