Evan began working in the IT industry in 1989 and has been working in the PeopleSoft industry since 1995. Evan’s strengths are in project management, business intelligence, business requirement analysis, process & workflow design, system architecture and system design.
Combine the above skills with his detailed knowledge and extensive experience in Cognos BI and ERP and Evan has a unique ability to create tactical BI solutions for your business challenges. Evan has a strong system development background and is well-versed in project management and development methodologies.
Evan’s clients have included MTU Detroit Diesel, AAS, Essential Energy, IBM, CASA, RBA and many more.
Principal Consultant Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM Application
Commencing his IT career in 1977, Ron is a functional and technical consultant with extensive knowledge of HR, Benefits, Payroll, Student Administration, Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing. Working with a series of Australian HR/Payroll products such as in Oracle 11i, PeopleSoft and Concept, his project experience has included key business analysis, functional consulting and project lead roles.
Ron has been working with PeopleSoft systems since 1995 and Oracle since 2004 and is well versed in developing requirement specifications and design documents. His strength lies in managing implementations of core systems within large organisations from the scoping phase through to UAT and training.
Ron’s clients have included the UNSW, Suncorp, Michael Page International, Qantas, Wesley Mission, UTS and Tourism Australia.
Principal Consultant ERP Application
Byron has 29 years of multi-industry experience in the delivery of package based FMIS initiatives, including large scale upgrades and implementations as well as a range of integrated systems. Specialising in Financial Applications since 1984, his expertise has developed into a rare and highly prized combination of concurrent competencies: Functional and Technical ERP Consulting and Business Systems Integration Project Management.
In a functional role, Byron’s core strengths focus on requirements definition, design, user testing and implementation. In a technical role, he is a highly proficient software engineer and developer. Byron is also a strong Project Manager, having led projects across PeopleSoft Financials, Sun Identity Manager and Sun JCAPS.
Byron’s clients have included Nine Entertainment, Bauer, ACP, AAS, Sydney University, Department of Defence and the ASX to name a few.

A seasoned business and IT professional with over 24 years of experience in the implementation and development of business systems, Scott is recognised by industry peers as one of the foremost HCM PeopleSoft experts in the ANZ region.
Scott’s passion for driving technology and business together, along with his intelligence and clarity of strategic vision, has inspired many successful implementations of large scale systems for AMP, CBA, The Reserve Bank, CASA (Civil Aviation and Safety Authority) and Patrick Corp/Asciano, to name a few.
