Image 31 offers loads of premium features in to HCM, the chatbot being the most talked about!
  1. Chatbot – Oracle introduces the Absence Chatbot ‘Absence Assistant’ which uses the Oracle Digital Assistant to help employees with absence management through Self Service.
  2. Employee self-termination – Employees now can submit resignation through self-service which can be routed for manager approval and then HR administrator approval. HR administrator can decide to update Job data automatically or manually while approving the resignation.
  3. HR Business Partners – Maintaining business partners in the system and tagging them to employees and showing them on employee details can be achieved in this image.
  4. Employee Development Documents  are available for Managers in Employee Snapshots.
  5. Extended Absence Self Service – Employees can raise extended absences through self-service using activity guides.
  6. Activity Guide Composer – Activity guide composer now caters to manage multiple users within an activity guide, enabling/disabling steps based on user access.
  7. Profile management security – Security on profile management of employees has been enhanced now to provide access of specific content items to specific employees.
  8. Leave and Compensation Balance – Employee self-service now has a tile to manage base benefits administered leave and compensation administered through time and labor.
  9. ePerformance – HR administrators can now transfer employee documents in case their managers are changed or terminated.
  10. Acknowledgment Framework – Candidate Gateway now has ability to configure acknowledgement to candidates through the acknowledgement framework.
  11. Time and Labor – Fluid reported time audit is now available as a tile called as Time and Labor tile.
  12. HCM Drop Zones – Drop zones are not extended to Guided self-service and North American payroll modules to ease customization on these modules.
