PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Support
To assist and support the current Production system Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM, Peoplesoft 8.9 ELM and all related interfaces.
This not only includes production support, but also projects as well. These projects are undertaken by a blended team with shared responsibilities for delivery to reduce costs.
The current resource can be part-time or full-time this allows the client to have a flexible cost structure and minimise costs in non-peak times. In times of additional workload additional resources can be made available which gives the client that greater flexibility
Projects include:
- PeopleTools Upgrade
- Apply the Latest PUM image
- Decommisssion customisations that are no longer required due to new functionality.
- Retrofit customisations that have been maintained
- Apply specific Bug fixes from PUM to resolve current issue
- Apply legislative patches
- Unit testing of customisations
- System integration testing
- User acceptance testing
- Development of new and update of existing documentation
